Shipping Policy
Orders will typically be shipped between 3-5 business days. To ensure the health and well-being of staff, please anticipate the longer fulfillment time.
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information once your order is shipped. If for some reason you have not received a shipping conformation e-mail 5 business days after your purchase, please contact us at info@angeprojects.com
Age Verification at Delivery
For all wine deliveries, the recipient must present a valid photo ID at the door to verify legal drinking age. If age verification is not possible or the recipient is underage, the order will be immediately returned to sender. In such cases, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return Policy
Our customers’ full satisfaction, is something ANGE aims to ensure.
Due to the nature of wine, the following conditions must be met when returning your purchase:
- Opened bottles are non-refundable.
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
- To qualify for a refund, notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
- Products purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for return.
Once the goods are received and inspected, a refund will be released. If the customer wishes to exchanged goods, he/she will receive store credit to execute the purchase once again. ANGE is not responsible for the loss or damage of goods during its return shipment.
